How long does it take to smoke beef jerky? - char broil smoker
I plan to have an electric water smoker Buy Char-Roast and I'm curious to see how long it takes to smoke the meat and see if it has some additional steps to deal jerky prepared after smoking, was achieved.

It takes a long time because it is very difficult to eternal dry meat .... : DI use one dehydrator to make jerky and it takes 24 hours a day
I make my jerky in my oven to the lowest temperature during the night ...
