I am afraid I must go in a cabinet or a carpentry workshop for them.
Most materials give only straight cuts and 48 "is the biggest you could get a piece of plywood.
You need to join 2 pieces ...

I recommend a "1" or more thick partical board that can be assigned to 5 feet in width. Then it would be a stable, smooth and seamless.

If you have a seam in the base material, then use this material with a spline --

Your other option is to form the core of at least two layers of the product, if the Council partical or plywood, and run together through the joints.

No provider is configured to ask how you cut round. You have two options, hire the tools you need, or a rental basis for a woodworking shop and let them do to you. A woodworking shop, it can be, however, the thickness and width of the base material you want, usually adjusted to the right along their normal purchases, then it would be cheaper for them to really get you. If you are planning a special edge kernel should put that on for you.
He was cutting a center like this through a router / jig. (I have many projects like this custom ordered, and C, there will be furtheromplicated draft) - with half an hour from the center to the edge of a large partical cut, including the setup time.

Have Fun
